The garage door operator SUMMER base+ has our most advanced garage door control with different, already optimized speed profiles and the possibility to adjust the operating forces exactly. The garage door operator learns continuously and fully automatically and continues to adjust the door travel.
What makes our drives so strong is the clever technology. Our motors are not statically fixed at one point, but run along a fixed, taut chain. This ensures optimal use of force with maximum safety at all times.

Limitation of the closing forces
The system monitors the closing forces according to EN 12453 using electronic engine monitoring. This control mechanism creates maximum security.
emergency release
Thanks to the integrated emergency release system, the carriage can be engaged and disengaged at any position. This means that the garage can be opened even in the event of a power failure.
Environmental and cost efficiency
The energy-saving drives have a power consumption of less than one watt in energy-saving mode. They are not only inexpensive, but also very environmentally friendly.
Security through encrypted radio system SOMloq2
With the bidirectional radio system SOMloq2, the drives can be conveniently controlled by radio. The 128-bit AES encryption with rolling code offers maximum data security from hackers.
Universal use for different door types
Our operators cover sectional doors, overhead doors, overhead doors, up-and-over doors, side sectional doors and all-round doors. The SOMMER pro+ is also suitable for use on swing gates.
Emergency power supply in case of power failure
During a power failure, the operator can be operated in an emergency with our optional battery and your gate will never stand still.
